The Foundation’s vision needs more than good intentions. It needs people who give time, organisations that open doors, and neighbours who keep the conversation going.
The Foundation is still taking shape. The four routes below describe how the organisation intends to welcome support — none of them are open for sign-up today. This page will be updated the moment that changes.
Reading with a child, helping at an activity session, lending a practical skill, or supporting the people who do the daily work. Volunteering with children will always begin with checks, references, and training — never with an open door.
Schools, libraries, clinics, local businesses, and community groups can widen what a small organisation is able to offer. If your work already touches children’s lives, there is likely a way for it to touch this one.
The Foundation is not yet accepting donations. No giving page, payment link, or collection is open, and any request for money claiming to come from the Foundation today is not from us. The Foundation is registered under EIN 87-3550117; giving will open here once a payment route is in place.
The simplest help costs nothing. Tell someone who works with children. Pass the site to a person who might partner with us. A small circle of informed people is how most of this work begins.
Working with children is a responsibility before it is an opportunity. Whatever form support takes, these steps will come first — for everyone, without exception.
Checks and references. Background screening and references verified before any contact with children.
Training before contact. Safeguarding training completed first, and refreshed on a schedule.
Never alone, never unsupported. Supervised settings, named points of contact, and a clear route for raising a concern.
